Instructions:
You can find our building by two routes:

Off of 88th Ave: Turning north onto Fox Drive from 88th Ave, then turning left into the parking lot and taking an immediate left to park at the far end of the complex where you’ll see building 8853. (See photo of entrance below.)

Off of Huron: Turning east onto Fox Drive from Huron, driving around the curve to where you'll turn right in to the parking lot and taking an immediate left to park at the far end of the complex where you’ll see building 8853. (See photo of entrance below.)
Upon entering, turn right toward the stairs, go up both flights of stairs, enter the code for access to our floor (instructions below), continue straight past the bathroom and hallway, and you’ll see the door and sign for Mosaic Therapy Collective on your left. An ADA-accessible ramp is available; please let us know ahead of your visit if you have accessibility needs so we can ensure full access.

You will park in this area, free, ample, and accessible parking available
Enter through this door, turn right, go up the two flights of stairs, and our office will be on the left after the hallway. The third floor door is locked and the code for our clients to use is 1540 (Press lock icon on bottom left, enter code 1540, press the lock icon on bottom left again). You may call or text us if you have any issues! If your appointment is after hours, there is a good chance that the exterior door is going to be locked. If this is the case, send us a text and your provider will let you know when they are coming downstairs and let you in for your appointment.
Once you arrive for your in-person appointment and find the office, please feel free to have a seat on the provided chairs while you wait in the common area please have a seat and your provider will come greet you there at your appointment time.
