Understanding Your Brain: A Neurodiverse Adult Group
A virtual group for adults exploring or adjusting to a later-in-life understanding of ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and/or being on the spectrum.
Maybe you’ve spent years feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, “too much,” or like life seemed harder for you than it did for others, only to later discover ADHD, autism, or another form of neurodivergence may help explain your experience.
This group combines education, practical skill-building, insight development, and supportive processing for adults navigating late identification or diagnosis. Together, we’ll explore how neurodivergence impacts identity, emotions, relationships, sensory experiences, executive functioning, and burnout while building sustainable tools and applying new skills to real-life situations.

Emma Durham Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist; Assessment Coordinator at Mosaic Therapy Collective
