Mental Health Therapist/Psychologist (licensed or pre-licensed)

Job Type

• Full-Time

• Pay:

  • Pre-licensed: $35-40 per clinical hour; based on experience and credentials

  • Licensed: $55-$68 per clinical hour based on experience and credentials

  • Plus a base admin rate for note writing, initial phone consultations, team meetings, and training

• Expected Hours: ~32 hours/week for full-time (minimum 23 client hours/week, with reduced clinical hour requirements for licensed clinicians supervising pre-licensed team members)

Qualifications and What We’re Looking For

Pre-Licensed Clinicians

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy) *Please note: we are not able to currently employ pre-licensed social work clinicians due to supervision offerings not aligning with the board's requirements for licensure hours*

• Eligibility for licensure in Colorado

• Commitment to obtaining licensure

Licensed Clinicians

• Active licensure as a psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Colorado (residence in Colorado not required)

• PsyPact eligibility preferred (for psychologists), Mosaic will pay for cost of getting PsyPact if not already

 

All Applicants

• Experience and interest in working with diverse populations, including children, teens, and adults

• Ability to offer culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy across a range of presenting concerns, such as:

  • Depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD/CPTSD

  • LGBTQ+ concerns

  • Eating disorders and disordered eating

  • Neurodiversity (e.g., Autism, ADHD)

  • Substance use recovery

  • Relationship challenges

  • Religious abuse and deconstruction

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (experience with Simple Practice is a plus)

• Optional: Ability to offer group therapy

 

Your Role at Mosaic

• Pre-Licensed Clinicians: Maintain a caseload of minimum 26 clients per week, with supervision provided to support your licensure journey.

• Licensed Clinicians: Maintain a caseload of minimum 26 clients per week (or fewer if supervising pre-licensed clinicians).

• Focus on clinical care while the practice handles administrative and billing tasks.
