About the event
This trauma-informed yoga therapy group offers clients a small, safe, and supportive environment to reconnect with their bodies and become grounded in the present moment. Open to all levels, including those new to yoga, this therapeutic group provides a space for healing by integrating emotions, the body, and the mind. Each session is carefully designed to help participants process and hold space for difficult emotions and bodily sensations, nurture the nervous system, and build resilience. The group is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and body-positive, fostering holistic healing and reducing the lasting impacts of trauma. Date and time will be established once a waiting list is full and group can be scheduled. It will be virtual and in the evenings on a weeknight, exact date/time TBD.
