Job description
In this unique role, you will administer standardized assessments and write comprehensive psychological reports under the supervision of a licensed clinical psychologist. This position is ideal for graduate-level students in need of practicum training hours or early-career professionals looking for a flexible, part-time assessment opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer standardized assessments to clients ages 6 and older for autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, personality, learning differences, and other neurodevelopmental and psychological concerns.

Interpret assessment results and assist in diagnostic formulation.

Write high-quality, integrated diagnostic reports that include clinical observations, caregiver interviews, and standardized assessment data.

Participate in supervision and diagnostic team meetings, collaborating closely with supervising psychologists and other team members.

Communicate findings with clarity and care to clients, caregivers, and referral sources.

Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with practice policies, ethical guidelines, and OBC standards.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field; current doctoral students in need of practicum training are strongly encouraged to apply.

Strong working knowledge of child development, ASD, ADHD, personality disorders, and intellectual disabilities is preferred.

Prior experience administering standardized cognitive, developmental, and behavioral assessments (e.g., WAIS-5/WISC-V, ADOS-2) is ideal.

Experience completing full psychological and/or neurodevelopmental evaluations is preferred.

Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to clinical detail.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to adapt testing procedures while maintaining standardized protocols, is important.

Willingness to write full diagnostic reports under supervision.

Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required.
