My Story
I am a counseling psychologist who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen and understood. My approach combines authenticity, compassion, and curiosity through a multicultural, person-centered, ACT lens. I help clients explore their stories, make space for difficult emotions, and reconnect with what matters most to them. I am especially passionate about supporting Veterans and individuals navigating identity, trauma, and life transitions. At the heart of my work is the belief that growth happens when we create space for self-awareness, acceptance, and genuine connection.
