My Story

I utilize a person-centered approach in therapy and value my clients’ autonomy and expertise in their own lives. I believe distress develops from internal conflicts regarding what we are taught from our personal experiences versus our own values and desires. Relief comes when we are able to identify and resolve those conflicts. In order to achieve this, I integrate various approaches within therapy including psychodynamic, interpersonal, internal family systems, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based interventions. Specifically, I specialize in neurodevelopmental disorders/neurodivergence; complex trauma and personality disorders; and gender diversity.

Outside of work, you can always find me with my dog, Carl. We love exploring the mountains, city, or spending a lazy day on the couch.
