My Story

I take an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, CBT, EMDR, and CPT. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, where I focus on building safety and coping skills before diving into deeper healing. I believe in considering the whole person—mind, body, and behavior—and in co-creating treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique experiences and goals.

I specialize in working with children, teens, adults, families, and couples, and I am especially passionate about supporting people navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, and chronic pain. I also have experience working with veterans. At the heart of my work is the belief that we are all doing the best we can with what we have, and that growth, change, and healing are always possible.

In the therapy room, I strive to create a calm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered in their healing journey. I value creativity, humor, and openness, and I love celebrating the moments when clients notice their own progress.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy exercising, weightlifting, hiking, yoga, and spending time outdoors. I love cooking soups, experimenting with sourdough, exploring Denver with my partner and our dog, and traveling to National Parks. A fun fact about me is that I once lived in an RV for a year while completing my internship.
