We are looking to finally make our solo private practice into the “collaborative” we have been dreaming of since the practice’s opening in February 2024! Mosaic Therapy Collective is looking for a therapist with an entrepreneurial spirit and eager mindset willing to be part of building a team with the culture you've always dreamt of having in a job. We are looking to build a supportive, yet independent team environment with a positive, compassionate, and fun culture! This is a prime opportunity for the ideal candidate to be part of a small and growing team that allows their voice and ideas to be heard and instrumental to the early stages of building a group practice aligned with Mosaic's mission and values.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47.00-90.00 per hour depending on licensure status and degree type (e.g. Ph.D./Psy.D. licensed/unlicensed versus LCSW/LPC/LMFT licensed/unlicensed) plus a base admin rate for note writing, initial phone consultations, team meetings, training, and supervision
Expected hours: 25-30 hours/week (minimum 20 client hours/week for full-time)

Competitive fee split based on license, experience, and amount of clients seen per week

Potential for EMDR certification supervision (would need to be discussed further)
Full coverage of your PSYPACT passport if you are a psychologist, allowing for greater flexibility in scheduling and the ability to see clients across various time zones
Qualifications and what we are looking for:
Fully licensed clinicians or psychologists or post-graduate, pre-licensed therapists or post-docs
Someone who is motivated to continue developing their individual, EMDR, couples/relationship, family, and group counseling skills
Available in-person (located in Broomfield, CO as one in person location with flexibility for future locations in CO), but also telehealth services in CO or across the country if a psychologist through PsyPact
Available to work evenings and/or weekends if interested
Feels comfortable working independently
Wants to be part of a social-justice oriented and growing group practice
Has strong communication skills
Has strong interpersonal skills
Is proficient with google workspace
Maintain a caseload of 20+ clients a week for individual counseling
Open to working with kids, teens, and adults
Offers unique approaches to therapy (e.g. somatic-based, play, art therapy, etc.)
Work with people around a variety of struggles, including but not limited to:
Depression
Anxiety
LGBTQ+ Concerns
Life/family/work stress
Trauma, PTSD, & Complex PTSD (CPTSD)
Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, & Chronic Dieting
Neurodiversity (e.g. Autism, ADHD)
Substance use recovery
Relationship concerns
Religious Abuse and Deconstruction
Option to hold group counseling sessions
Enjoy doing your job of delivering culturally responsive therapy without the burden of handling billing, administrative tasks, or the complexities of starting or maintaining their own practice
Opportunities for content creation in the form of blogs, social media, professional development/training, creating materials to be used with clients, etc. (this is pretty open and can vary based on what intern is interested in)
